Once Will had the car stripped, he began the transformation with the exterior. The first thing he did was swap out the factory headlights with a set of projector headlights and installed a set of euro clear corner lights.   Working down the car, Will had the front emblem and the hood squirters shaved. While the doors were tore apart for the transformation, Will decided to go ahead and shave both side view mirrors as well as the rear door handles.

 Now that the normal body mods were done, it was time to set this Civic apart from all the others. The entire rear of the car was stripped of all taillights, the tag and all emblems for the next round of welding.   On a factory 4 door civic, the tag box and inner taillights are part of the trunk lid. While shaving them, Will wanted to change the entire look of the trunk lid and cut lower half of the trunk off and had it welded into the rear of the car. This left about a five-inch section of the trunk left on the rear of the car.
