Welcome one and all to our very first issue of ISSM!! The crew here at Import Street Source will be working hard to ensure you highly wide spread coverage of the Import scene from coast to coast. Although the pages in our first couple issues might not be what you or we are expecting, as we get more into the show season expect many great things to come out of this new online publication. Through the pages of ISSM you will find many import events that you are all familiar with and others that you've never heard of as we are going to try and cover every nook and cranny. What kind of rides are we going to be featuring you ask? Well I've outlined this in some detail in a feature called "Looking Back" which outlines past rides we've captured in the past. We are excited to get things going and look for the upcoming issues to be packed with features, show coverage and tech articles. Tired of looking through ad packed import magazines and just want show coverage, features and tech to look through? Well that is what our goal is here at ISSM! 2003 brings a lot of big time pressure for the staff here at SSM as we are now going to have 2 different magazines, which means we need to acquire twice as much coverage, features and tech articles. So when you see us at a show and we are short with you it is not cause we don't like you (I don't think) but yet we have lots to do and much coverage to get. Just be patient and catch us at the end of the day when we are having a beer or two. Then we will be able to chat a little more with you. 2003 also brings shirts, we received our shipment of shirts Tuesday the 7th!!! We have shipped out over 500 shirts so if you haven't received yours as of yet you should have it any day!!!
