If you weren't into our scene then we wouldn't expect you to consider a beat up ride as an investment opportunity, but since you pay to read this then obviously you know what people go through to build a ride and grab attention. For Tom Jacobs of Spokane, WA, he saw an opportunity he couldn't pass up. Finding his 1991 Nissan Maxima at an auction, he bought this totaled mess for only $100. If you look at it now you will see that it was quite in investment.
