 Now working the rear, the stock taillights would be taken out and replaced with sheet metal along with welding in a Sir Michaels roll pan to smooth things out. For brake and taillights to make things legal, a set of Hi Tech LED lights would be placed into the roll pan. Finishing off the modifications to the exterior would be frenching in a license plate box into the tailgate.

 With the bodywork now complete and the prepping done, it was time for Shane Hill and Chris Brankel from Kevin's shop to apply the Tri-coat PPG Lamborghini paint. But after being applied Kevin was left with the feeling that one last touch needed to be added, Billet Accessories Direct (B.A.D.) would build some custom billet trim, which would be installed along the sides, rear and roof of the Tahoe.
