Fist off I need to apologize for the LENGTHY delay in this months (or shall I say last months issue? Haha..). We shouldn't have this kind of delay again I shall assure you of that. So please sit back and enjoy this issue as it has a few features but with some badass custom attitude. With January and February being our slowest months content for this issue will be kept short to ensure we have enough for you to enjoy next month. But for now we have a badass 240sx owned by the Editor of HCI that is worth every penny to see! Neil has built it from inside out and didn't miss a single nut or bolt.
