No ride can even be considered cool until the stance is at a respectable level. Jeff already had the one-up on everyone else in this department with his special two-wheel drive 4Runner. He wasted no time getting down to business. In the front, Jeff sectioned in a the front clip from a 1998 Toyota Tacoma and replaced the factory upper control arms with units from DJM. Between the control arms, Jeff installed Firestone 2500 bags, allowing his 4Runner to adjust to a drive height even the police could enjoy.

While the front end was torn apart, Jeff also decided to install Powerslot cross-drilled brakes. With the front end considered complete, Jeff next focused on getting the rear end to sit as long as the before mentioned front. To accomplish this, Jeff tossed the factory rear end and replaced it with a 1998 Toyota Tacoma model. Next, Jeff raised the cross members, performed a huge notch in the rear end, installed a Pete & Jakes triangulated 4-link and built a custom tubular bag setup, which houses the Firestone 1500 tapered bags.
