It all started with a few idea’s, an email to my friend Dustin from 918Designs, and a call to Tony from Pirate Customs. After receiving the badass rendering back from Dustin, and the confirmation call from Tony that Bob Grant (Grant Fabrication www.grantkustoms.com) would take on the job my idea started to push forward into a project. Tony and I worked together to get a set of taillights for a 96-00-body style Civic to Bob Grant. Because there were no other companies at the time offering taillight filler for a Civic, I knew that this would be a task. Bob Grant had no doubt that he could do get the job done. After about a week and Bob finished the fillers, and sent them off to my house. I received them and I was amazed at how well they did in fact turn out.
