The majority of this feature is showing the badass frame and suspension set up that is going under a 1980 Toyota. Seth the owner has taken a lot of time and effort to ensure the detailed work going into this build up and we are here to show you the progress. Frame, all front suspension, rear links, and axle housing are powdercoated. Everything else chassis black or Por 15.Lowered motor, sectioned oil pan, and bodydropped air-cleaner housing. Polished valve cover, chrome oil fill cap.The motor is a rebuilt 20R, with an RV cam, high flow water pump, billet water pump pulley, and a Doug Thorley Tri-Y header. GM 100 amp chrome alternator with custom bracketry. Full 2 1/4" exhaust past the axle, Magnaflow high flow cat, and Magnaflow muffler. Everything is CA smog legal. High performance clutch, and lighter 22R flywheel.Future plans include setting the cab, driving it, building the bed, interior, and paint.Below are the listed specifics of the build and the future plans.One off front suspension, with hand built tube arms and mounts. Frame channeled to sink an RE7 bag in. Custom shock mounts, sectioned cross-member, and triangulated lower arms.One off rear suspension, forward 3-link with rear lift bars on shackles, and custom cross-member/bag mounts. Gas tank remains in its stock location.All stock frame cross-members have been removed and replaced, except for the very front cross-member. The frame rail ends were capped off to clean things up.
