MUTHA FOINKIN' BOO YA'LL!!!!! Skeeredja din't I?? It's ok, you don't have to worry...I won't bite ya...HARD!! I can't believe it's already October...damn this year is flying by! It seems like only a week ago it was summer and we were packing up our bags for that trip to Austin..and Spring Fling back in March seems like it was an eternity ago...damn I am getting old!!Well, what to yap muh trap about this month? Hhhmmmm.....let me start off with a show that I would definitely recommend for next year, Cooldown 2K4 put on by Explicit Concepts-Central Texas and Obsession Zone. Cooldown 2K3 was a damn good time for me and my family...yep, we took the kids to an EC show and there were things there to keep them occupied, which is a parents dream come true..Anywho...on to the show! The show really could not have been held on a better Saturday, the weather was great, the temps were very bearable and the location was easy to get to. The quality of the entered vehicles was damn good for a first time, one day show without a lot of advertising...I don't remember how many entries there were exactly, but it was a really good turn out. There was plenty to see...everything from street-rods to several new Nissan Z-cars and trucks of every shape and description, with the ones of the mini variety being well represented.Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a show worth attending if you live in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana area....and this is not because these are my clubmates, but because the show can stand on it's own merit!And now I will draw this to a close, but before I go, I want to tell everyone to have a safe and happy Halloween, keep your kids safe by using any and all safety precautions, they are the future, not only of our lifestyle, but the world!
