Growing up Geoff Charvat took an interest in his uncle’s hobbies, building and racing monster trucks. Knowing that he one day would like to build something Geoff looked to his grandfather to give him some pointers on welding. Another interest of his was reading Mini Truckin magazine, which initially got him interested in the sport. In the winter of 2000 Geoff picked up this 95 Toyota for a measly $3000. Knowing that one day he would be competing with the best of them, it was on from there. What he didn’t know was that the next 4 years of his life would be spent getting this truck ready to be the piece of art it is today. This Toyota features a 3 ¼ body drop done by Geoff. To make for wheel clearance the front and rear inner fenders where removed, and the rear was tubbed and setup for 20s. The front end was fitted with four wheel drive fenders as well as the rear to give it the wide appearance, and to allow for clearance for his 18” rims. In doing this the master cylinder was relocated up four inch’s from its stock location.

The stock battery was relocated under the bed. The firewall was tubbed and hand fabricated. Next Geoff would shave the door handles and gas door. To bring the bed of his truck to the next level Geoff mounted his stock tail lights behind a custom cut tailgate skin which he fabricated himself. All four corners of the bed where all rounded to give it an oval appearance. To complete the look the inside of the bed was fully shaved.
