Visions 2010
Great weather, great location, extremely family friendly, and a really kick ass host club. That’s what you’ll get when you go to one of Visions’ shows. You couldn’t have asked for better weather. Sunny and a light breeze, and fortunately, some shade too. The location gave ample room to park, and what more can you say about the host club…. Visions Customs kicks ass!
For thirteen years, the Visions Customs Car Club in Spokane WA, have been hosting one of the best and must-be-at shows in the Pacific NW. This is one of the few shows that you can go to where you will find a perfect mix of mini and full size trucks, killer cars, old and new, rods, customs, four wheel drives, bikes, etc. And not to mention, this is a show that you can bring your kids and grandparents to.
The show was held at Lilac Lanes and Casino in the northern part of Spokane, where they had sectioned-off a large portion of the lot right next to the front doors. If you needed to grab a bite to eat, you could get something from one of the outdoor vendors, or head inside for some food and maybe a couple of games of bowling with the kids.
Outside at the show, there were games that Visions put on for everyone to compete in. So it was fun watching the kids take on the “grown-ups”. The DJ, Karaoke Tom, kept the crowd entertained throughout the morning and afternoon up until the awards. . If you needed to buy some really cool stuff you could head over to see Crash at MiniTruckMayhem.Com and pick up some articles of clothing for yourself, and anyone else in the family, or even a DVD or two… or more. Or head on over to see Kristy at her Scentsy booth and check out the Scentsy Flameless Warmers, or stop in at Smart Smoke.
Once again there was a great mix of rides from all over the northwest. WA, OR, ID, MT, and BC were all being rep’d in one way or another with thirty one clubs that showed up to make this a really good turnout. This is really great to see because the crew from Visions always makes sure that they’re represented at the other shows that get put on in the western part of the state. The clubs that were in attendance included: IVEver Low, Class Act, Twisted Creations, Sittin Pretti, Relaxed Atmosphere, Speed Monkey, Diamonds Car Club, Blue Angels, Magical Minis, Dirty Ratz, Underground Kustomz, INWFU, Inland Empire Mustang Club, Landsharks, Late Great Chevy, Camaro Club, Negative Elevation, POCT,
Twisted Tunerz, Poormans Motor Club, Ford Club, Vipers, Dipsticks, Wicked Revolutions, INCCC, Dukes, Freaks of Nature, Lilac City Mopars, The Sure Thing, Spokane Modern Mopar, and Lowcos.
The list of winners from this year’s show pretty much tells you exactly how great of a mix of rides the show has.
