Now to complete the over all look of the interior, Tom took it upon his self one more time and decided to install some tunes. To play his favorite country CD’s (haha…that is what you listen to right Tom?) the installation of an Alpine CD player was mounted in the dash. Tom used 2 Alpine V12 amps, one pushing his Alpine mids and tweets, and the other pushing 2 Rockford Fosgate 10’s. With the stock 350 engine moving the full-size down the road, Tom wasn’t happy with the performance. So the next step would be to let the engine breath. Starting with a simple K&N filter, the purchase would be a Hooker header along with 2 ¼ aluminized exhaust embracing 2 2-chambered Flowmaster mufflers. Now that the engine is breathing properly, it was time to install a NX throttle body nitrous system of a 150 shot! Still not satisfied, Tom installed a custom burned computer chip by Street & Performance.

To help the spark to the plugs, Taylor 8mm wires were also installed. To bring the power to the 17x9.5 Budnik Prisms in the rear which are wrapped in BFG 275 40’s, was the use of a shift kit installed by Steve’s Transmissions of Wichita Falls TX. The truck also houses 17x8 Budnik prisms in the front, which are wrapped in 245/45 BFG’s. For added look under the hood, Tom has chrome valve covers along with a Street Performance 105 amp alternator. For show Tom managed to have panels made that have the graphics flow through out them. A very nice touch to smack around the judges.
