Less than a year ago, nobody in Guam would have believed that what Lemwell Baluyut would build would drag through the island turning heads every where he went. October 10th of last year, Lemwell spent nearly $15,000 on a 1999 Honda Civic. After being involved in the scene for barely 8 months, and capturing all his ideas through magazines, I can tell that Lemwell is one of those individuals that may just have a knack for building bad ass rides. The story after that would be one of many trophies and head turning looks for days to come.
