Tony "Booger" Rhodes of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has always wanted attention. His previous forms of attention came in the form of a 1987 Mazda B2000 and 1988 Chevy Astro Van. But Tony would gain more attention then he expected when he picked up a 1994 GMC C1500 in October of 1997.
