  Chris next turned his focus to the stance of his Astro van, wanting to sit as close to the pavement as he could. For that, he contacted Mark "Neckhead" Fehrle of Houston, Texas to handle the necessary modifications. In the rear, Neckhead performed a super C-notch that allows the axle the extra travel it would need in conjunction with a custom 2-link setup.

Neckhead installed 2600 Firestone bags in the rear then turned his focus to the front suspension. The factory spindles were replaced with DJM lowered spindles and 2500 Firestone airbags were fit in place, allowing Chris instant adjustability. KYB shocks were installed at all four corners to smooth out the ride. Air supply comes from two 5-gallon tanks, which are supplied air from a Viair 450 compressor. Fast, 1/2" Herion electric valves give Chris instant up and down movement with the flick of the switch.
