First thing was to get the car back together with non-damaged parts. Instead of using factory 1996 parts, Chris opted to update the car with parts for a 2000 model. He used J Type bumpers and side skirts from RK Sport. The hood was changed out for an Extractor Hood also from RK Sport. The cool thing about this hood is that there have only been two of these ever made. The taillights and side view mirrors were changed out for JDM units. At this point your probably like, "JDM on a domestic car?"

Sounds weird, but over in Japan, this car is a Toyota Cavalier and just like a Honda, they have parts on them that we don't have here. The mirrors he added fold in like most of the imports out today. The factory ones were solid units. Chris has also added a ton of carbon fiber to the body of his car. These parts include door handles, trunk plate, wing and front and rear splitters. Once the body was prepped and ready for paint, it was time to lay down the 3 stage custom mixed shade of green.
