With Jim being involved in the scene for as long as he has one thing he’s learned is that you can’t leave any part of a build up untouched. Keeping true to the roots of custom build ups Jim would begin working on his 350 V8. For starters the stock fan would be replaced with an Electric cooling fan while a chrome alternator and powder coated engine pulleys find their new home.

A Gibson chrome header with 3 inch aluminized exhaust capped with flowmaster muffler would help the engine breath a little better. Needing to utilize the power to the wheels Jim would install Posi rear end along with a 4L60E transmission with upgraded clutch disk and shift kit done by Youngblood Auto. Finishing things off the driveshaft would be powder coated. Jim would like to give a special thanks to Felix at Youngblood, Brent Davison, Cope Kessler and everyone else who helped out.
