   Chris and Kevin were also responsible for the speaker pods, and custom center console that holds Kevin’s switchbox. His bucket seats were pulled from an extended cab Mazda, cut down and wrapped along with the rest of the interior. He then added a little entertainment for those long rides to car shows in the form of a Pioneer Head Unit in the dash backed up with Kicker 4” two ways in dash, and Kicker 6.5” components in the doors. Kevin’s true music comes from the railing down your local highways. Not to mention his Severed Ties full billet steering wheel with custom adapter.

Underneath the hood is usually what separates an award winning truck to everyone else. In Kevin’s case he thought the clean and simple look would suit just fine. He started by chroming the valve cover, intake manifold, upper intake tube, heat shield, and alternator bracket. Kevin also added forty feet of purple wire loom to match the exterior and added an Optima yellow top battery.  Kevin has not built his truck solely by himself, and because of that he would like to thank his wife first and foremost, Chris and the crew of Totally Polished, Cory at Trends, Chris Gilkison, and all his brothers in Severed Ties. Without the help of all those people, Double Pumped would have never turned out the way it is. But it’s now time for Kevin to work on a family vehicle, he says his next vehicle will be a Crew Cab Dually and if it turns out anything like his past vehicles, Street Source will be there to shoot it.
