The air vents were also shaved and covered over since the controls were removed. Johnny replaced the factory steering wheel with a Grant. The cab of the truck also has a roll cage made with 1.5" tubing and painted gray with airbrushed cracks to match the exterior of the truck. All of the interior work was performed by JT Woolard from Elizabeth City, NC.

Being that this is a 4x4 truck, it's obvious that Johnny would decide to lift it, but he didn't stop there with the chassis and suspension on his truck. When Johnny built this truck, he did a full frame-off construction. While the cab and bed were off the frame, the underside was painted gray and airbrushed to match the rock graphics throughout the truck.

The frame was also painted with the rock pattern with the illusion of the Chromalusion tearing through parts of it. The paint was sprayed after the entire frame was filled and smoothed. The entire undercarriage was treated to the same paint scheme as the frame.
