Boxzilla comes in the form of Phil and Victoria Blottie’s 2004 Scion xB, which he bought in July of 2003. Phil bought the car because he wanted something to carry the family, and enjoyed the JDM Import feel about the car. So Phil offed his Pathfinder and became the proud owner of the box. But, this wasn’t Phil’s first custom, he has been building customs for the past 13 years, but unlike those, this one would take it to the next level. Being the general manager of Fender Bender International, Phil went right to attacking the suspension his box. Ditching the spring/strut assembly for a F.B.I. air setup, brought Phil’s Scion down to a proper ride height. The whole system is managed by ½ in Blitzluft valves, which run air through the ½ line throughout. A Thomas 327 compressor runs duties of filling Boxzilla’s 4-gallon tank and all controlled by an AVS switchbox.

Phil and the rest of the crew at Fender Bender Intl did all work on the suspension. Then he changed out his rolling stocks to a set of 18 x 7 in. RH Evolution M7000 wheels wrapped in 215/35/18 Essenza tires.
