With the truck ready to hit the open road and be show bound, Joe had one more thing to touch on, the engine compartment and that he did with the same degree of detail. He began by powdercoating his suspension components orange and then dressing it up with chrome on the valve cover, heat shield, radiator cap, and intake manifold.

Then he dressed up his wiring by changing to some larger spark plug wires and adding a lot of wire loom. Joe then tied it all together by color matching his intake in the same PPG Magenta of the exterior.

All in all, Joe’s Toy really is a nice work of art. His vehicle has been to more than shows than most truckers and I good portion of them were driven. Joe’s truck has grown so much over the years and with every stage it has gotten that much cleaner, and to think he is now going to tear it down and start it again. I can not wait to see how it comes out.
