Adam Lovette is no stranger to custom vehicles. Just in the past couple of years, he’s body dropped a 2002 Ford Ranger on twenty twos, and body dropped a Nissan Hardbody that he also stuffed a small block Chevy into it.
Getting off on the right foot with his 2001 Chevrolet Sierra, the truck first started off its short four month journey to where it is now by making the 300 mile journey to The Hackshack in Dallas, Texas where their task was to get the truck a little closer to mother earth. While the truck was there, it received a four link out back with Slam Specialties bags on the bar and Fox shocks to keep it nice and smooth. The Hackshack then proceeded to narrow the rear end a total of 6 inches to lay out on the 24x10 inch wheels that they had lined up for it. The last part of the rear was a custom made fuel cell that is located behind the rear axle above the frame rails, so there are no accidental fires or any tragic accidents of that sort.
