There are a lot of shows to keep up with during the year and it is almost impossible to hit up each one. But B.J. Mills and Greg Miller always put on a good show when they join forces and Siknic is one of those shows. This show is held in Gonzales, LA at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center, which has indoor and outdoor show areas. The show was full of entertainment with DJ Get Low spinnin all weekend and a 20' x 40' waterslide ready to go if you wanted to cool off, although the weather was perfect for this show even if it was August in Louisiana. The Half Pint Brawlers were also on hand if you wanted to watch some midget wrestling.
After the show on Saturday, KIK had a photoshoot for an ad that will run in a Japanese magazine called Truck Trends. If you were around to watch the shoot, you for sure were entertained for a couple of hours. There were 2 after parties following the show on Saturday. Everyone headed to New Orleans Original Daiquiris located on The Strip to enjoy some frozen concoctions. The after-after party was held at the 600 Main Club located in Baton Rouge where the wet t-shirt contest took place. Awards were given out on Sunday and included some of the sickest, handmade riveted Best-Of awards ever seen made by Jamey Jordan. Siknic was definitely a great way to spend your weekend. Make sure to put this show on your list for next year and we will see you there.
