In October of 01, Fopay laid down $13,000 for a new 2000 Honda Civic. From the day the car left the dealership show room, Cory already had in mind what he wanted to do to the car. After telling his friends, and some of his clubs members, what his plans where for the import, they told him he wouldn't be able to do it. But just because his previous ride wasn't a full blown custom didn't stop him from showing all the other import owners, and his friends, that he could turn one of the most commonly modified imports into a unique show car with a style crossed between the common import style, and the ever so popular minitruck style. Since there is no defined named for the crossed styles, Cory named his car, Fopayism. Which he says appropriately names the style used on the car. The build up went relatively quick, only taking a year and a half, even though he started off slow on the car. It started off with the installation of his sound system, that Corey installed himself.

The heart of the music coming from his civic, is a Pioneer head unit paired up with a MTX EQ. Through in a couple 6x9's and 5 1/4's on a RF Punch 60, his mids were taken care of. Corey, being a bass head, went ahead and stuffed 3 JL Audio w-o 10's powered by a punch100 into the trunk of his car. He tossed in a little diamond-plated accent, and painted his amp candy blue, then called it a day.
