Knowing that a true custom is equipped with many body modifications, Jonathan would spend little time on hitting up some major mods. To help with these items Jonathan would drop his Corolla off to John Hendrix and Robert Cox of Port Charlotte. While in their hands the Corolla would be worked from the front to the rear.

For starters the hood would be swapped out with a VIS fiberglass hood. Next the fenders would be swapped out with a set of Z3 fenders and the grille would be fitted with a custom mesh grille insert.
The front and rear bumpers would then be junked for a set of Bomex bumpers along with bolting up a set of Bomex side skirts. With the kit in place, the side skirts and rear bumper would then be molded into the car giving a complete custom feel and smooth appearance.

The taillights would be next on the hit list, being replaced by a set of Elegante taillights. The antenna would then be shaved along with the bodylines and inner taillights found in the trunk lid.
