This 19-year-old student picked up her toy in February of 1997 and it wasn't long before she began giving her '97 Civic the makeover that she desired. She wanted to give the stock Civic an outside appearance that would turn heads everywhere she went, so she called up Frenchies Autobody of West Palm Beach, Florida for a few new body adjustments.  First, Frenchies installed an Aerowerks front bumper, in conjunction with Buddy Club side skirts and a rear bumper from Buddy Club. Frenchies installed a mesh grille in the front of Karen's Civic and then shaved the front turn signals and the reverse lights in the rear.

 Then, the antenna and emblems were removed and smoothed to perfection and the trunk was adjusted to give it a total one-off appeal.  Next, Frenchies installed APC projector headlights and APC outer Altezza lights, front and rear, respectively. Finally, Frenchies squirted Karen's Civic using bright PPG Pure Pink Pearl over every inch then buffed and waxed it until the shine was bright enough for even a blind man to see.
