When building a custom vehicle one of the key factors involved is time. Each and every step of the buildup is carefully looked over and planned. This is how Phillip Cochran came up with the plans for his 2001 Honda Prelude. The only problem for Phil would be convincing his wife to let him spend thousands of dollars making his dream, a reality. And as luck would have it his wife got into an accident with the car giving him that much more of chance to start the buildup.
