Back in May of 1999 Fleet rolled this bone stock 1997 Chrysler Sebring off the dealership lot with no intention of ever bringing it to the state that it is in now. After driving it for a few years he decided to start doing a few things to it in order to set it apart from all the other stock rides cruising around his area. After talking a few things over with the guys at Volusia County Customs Fleet was on the way to building an all out show car, the only question would be where to start.
