When first building the S10, Dustin would tear into the chassis of his project bring things down to his liking while also keeping components sturdy enough to handle the horsepower plans. For starters the S10 would be set up with a custom 2-link cantilever suspension out back, while the front would be set up with Belltech drop spindles. Needing a little more drop and room upfront Dustin would then install a set of BYC upper and lower control arms. Having the air ride suspension set into place it would then be time to cut into the body giving the S10 a fresh 3 1/2 inch body drop. With the ability to lay the body on the ground, Dustin would have to rework the engine bay and rear fender wells to house the freshly mounted 20/22 Detata Boxers wrapped in 225/35's upfront with 255/30's out back.
