Now for the extra touch to make this car a one of a kind, not that the one-off metal wide body wasn't enough, but Brandon decided to cut part of the roof off to make the Neon a targa top car.

Not only was a section of the roof removed to let the sun in, but it is also reinstall able for those rainy days. The section where the roof was once joined was filled in and smoothed for a clean look with the roof section removed.
Once the entire body was sanded and smoothed and ready for paint. A bright yellow base was laid then a good coat of gold pearl was layered on. After the final coat of pearl was finished, the car was taped off for the ghost flames.

The flames fade from violet to white to orange. This gives the tips of the flames a little more depth. Brandon and his dad Kelly at his dads' body shop, Body Tech Customs, did all of the paint and bodywork.
