Although Botelho wouldn’t take home the trophy at the Big Rig Build-Up challenge, finally making his dream into reality was more than enough reward. Although it was his dream, Botelho couldn’t have done it without the help of his family, John Chamoro of Solo Customs, Joe Jorge, 100proofink.com, the guys at Cel Cal Creations, and everyone else who helped get the truck to where it is today. But Botelho isn’t done yet. By the time you read this, Botelho will have already competed in this year’s Big Rig Build-Off, and this time will hopefully come out on top. No matter what the result, I’m sure this new rig will be stomping on your dreams just like its predecessor.
