As soon as the 17k was laid down, Chris immediately started adding to the outside appearance of his truck. He swapped his plain stock hood for a more eye-appealing fiberglass ram air hood from East Coast Customs.

Along with the hood swap, Chris decided to install a Street Scene speed grille, helping set the front-end of his mini off.

The front of the truck was coming along nicely, but something in Chris's mind told him that he needed something more to help the front-end get that "mean" look he was striving for. With that in mind, Chris covered the tacky stock bumper with a Street Scene bumper cover, complete with pilot fog lights. Now that the front-end looked clean as hell, it was time to take care of the rear-end.

With help of Sean at Phat Rides, Chris cleaned up the rear of his S-10 by molding in a custom rollpan with LEDs and shaving the boring factory taillights and tailgate handle.

Soon after the bodywork was complete, it was time for Chris to add some paint to his slick S-10. Needless to say, Chris wanted something that no one had ever seen before, so he handed the truck over to Max Maxwell of Maxed Out Paintwurx, Before he let Max unleash his skills of design, Chris gave his wife a chance to come up with a concept that they both would enjoy. She came up with a great idea, using tribal flames as the main concept.
