There comes a time in everyone's life when you decide that enough is enough. That the world and the people that are in it are meant to be unique and that life is just a little more fun when you can just stand out. This is the decision that 20-year-old Larry Chesser of Mesquite, Texas made when he decided to purchase his 2000 Volkswagen Turbo Beetle. In the short time frame of four months he took the hippie-loving-flower-power mobile and turned it into something that definitely stands out, something that turns a lot of heads.
