Well for Mark Barcelona of Marrero, LA the build up of the common ’96 Chevy S-10 body style would take on such a thought process in order to stand out. After purchasing the S10 back in September of 2000 Mark would take 3 years to build the S10 around his thoughts and knowledge of the scene.
