It isn't often in this scene that you will find a father figure tearing up the truck scene. Coming from the city of Mission Viejo California, one would only expect that at the tender age of 43, which he would begin to fall into the hot rod scene. Well that wasn't the case for Raul Ocampo. In fact, Raul went the complete opposite. After being involved in the scene for 5 years, Raul started his love for customizing through the hot rod scene. Having been introduced to customizing through his teenage son, he begun seeing his customizing eye switch from the rod's into more of the new age custom rides. Knowing that it was time for change, Raul came to the conclusion that the purchase of a '99 Chevy Tahoe would be in order. Well 9 months after the purchase date, Raul would find his name ringing out through the speakers of all show stages as he takes the trophies in his class.
