After previously building up a 69 Impala, Edgar knew that suspension would be the first of many modifications needing done. The rear frame rails would first be sectioned and boxed to allow room for suspension travel of the axle while the front would be equipped with a set of Beltech drop spindles.

To help bring the wheel wells down to the 22x10-inch chrome wheels that had been wrapped in 295/30/22 Pirelli tires would be the use of Firestone airbags that had been installed by Extreme of Upland, CA.

With the ground clearance now respectable, Edgar would take on the exterior body and make a few needed modifications. Starting in the front, the stock hood was replaced with a custom cowl hood and a Stillen billet insert companied the front grill. The bumper and valance where molded and shaved smooth of unwanted items.

Moving to the rear, the doors would be shaved of the handles and the stock mirrors where replaced with a set of Street Scene mirrors.

The gas filler was shaved smooth and relocated into the bed. When you get to the rear of the Ram you first notice the 1978 Caddy taillights frenched in replacing the stock lights.
