First of all, let me just say that the state of Florida is making a killing on tourists like myself, in toll charges. On our hour and a half venture from Orlando to Vero Beach and back we paid a total of $11.95 just to drive on a road. It would have only been $10.70 had we not gotten lost. But all in the entire toll charges were worth it. We arrived in Vero Beach ready to see lots of sweet Florida rides and this show did not disappoint us. There were close to 200 vehicles in attendance, giving us plenty to look at. As soon as we walked through the show entrance the Farm Fest crew greeted us with smiles. Lots of clubs were in attendance such as Xtreme Lowz, Negative Camber, Relaxed Atmosphere, Severed Ties and Local Minis. Being an out of Towner it was nice going to a show where I hadn't seen most of the rides before. The Farm Fest crew made sure everyone had a good time. There were several venders set up including Drop Em Wear, so you could pick up the latest must have gear necessary to any minitruckers closet. It was a beautiful day, perfect for a show. And a show near the beach, what more could you ask for? We ended our day by taking a walk in the sand and collecting seashells that had washed up onto shore. Then set off for our drive back to Orlando, looking for alligators the whole way (Hey, we are from Tennessee, what do you expect?) We had no luck in the alligator department, but the day was still a great one. I would recommend this show to anyone near or around the Vero Beach area!laura200sx
