With the twitch to have something on air Jake would tear into the suspension of the Bonneville. With custom mounting Firestone 2500’s upfront Jake would also bolt up new ball joints and steering linkage from Performance Technologies out of New Jersey. The rear would then have a set of Firestone 2600’s installed along with gas charged shocks at all corners. Having then need to lift the fenders over the 22x10 KMC’s Jake would install SMC ½ inch valves along with 2 nitrogen tanks.

Having the big body bagged Jake would then turn his attention to the exterior. To manage the reworking of the body Jake would rely on Derek at Creative Customs of Del City, OK. While in the shop, Derek would fix most panels along with mounting up new chrome bumpers and side skirts. Next on the list would be to shave the door handles, mirrors, emblems and antenna. With the body now straight with some custom work Derek would lay down the Mazda RX-8 blue and Chevy pewter 2-tone scheme striped in lime green.
