Now that I personally have ventured the US this past year hitting every corner from coast to coast, it leaves me to believe that there is phat rides to be found over the entire United States. But more important then the rides would be the friends I've made on each and every trip. There are some crazy people out there, but as long as they are only hurting themselves and not others I'll continue laughing my ass off at them. This past month I managed to make my first and second trip ever to the extreme East coast and enjoyed every waking moment on both trips. In Virginia I managed to make many new friends and finally met some that I've talked to in chat on many occasions. The beer taste the same and the women are just as wild. While in PA I had a chance to meet up with old friends in Exclusive Styles and met with those I can now consider friends. Many of these fools remind me of myself in the fact that they just don't care what people think about their actions, but instead they just have fun. If you've never attempted this you should give it a shot! It's way cool! It'll make you all warm and fuzzy inside. This past month we had the birth of Jack. I have got to say that Jack has been an inspiration in my life and I don't know what I would do with out him. He is a true pimp and everyone enjoys being in his presence. Well those that just watched Jack give words of wisdom had a first hand look at true personality and enjoyed all of it. Jack will speak his mind without hesitation and put you in check if necessary. Those that saw Jack chillin' with Daniel, Pat and myself in the pool at Carlisle know what I'm talking about. For those that don't know, you'll find out soon enough at a show near you.

This past month also brought some racing where there was no cops to break up a good time, no traffic you couldn't push threw with out getting into trouble. Instead it just brought many wrecked go-carts and sore muscles. I believe the phrase of the weekend was "Rubbin' is Racin'" or was it maybe "18 and 24 you two are banned from the complex!" Hey Huppie… which would you say was the more memorable saying seeming that you were #18? Haha well as being #24, I'd have to say that the words spurted out by the workers of the track were memorable ones for sure. Oh and watching Daniel get about 18-inches of left as he was bumped into the rails was hilarious! I'd also like to note that I still haven't seen an Amish farm yet Mr. Gump, and next time I'm there I'd like you to take me back to your place so that I may see one. What does it feel like not having electricity? OH and on another note, the truck drivers on the East coast are very nice people. I think Daniel and I managed to get about 28 of 30 to blow the blow horns for us as we pass motioning for them to honk. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to meet so many cool people from coast to coast. It's not very often that someone is welcome in almost any city with a place to crash or just hang out and have a few drinks with. To all of my friends out there I thank you for your kindness and I'll see you at a show soon enough!Garrick ArendsEditorGarrick@StreetSourceMag.com
