To start the build up of this truck Kyle junked the factory suspension in trade for a more up to date adjustable suspension. With help of fellow club members, Kyle swapped the factory springs for 2500 lbs bags and junked the factory spindles for bell-tech 2" drop spindles, along with relocated bell-tech shocks.

In the rear Kyle dumped the factory leaf springs and added a FBI 4 link and a set of firestone air bags. To get the truck up and down quickly Kyle added 2 sets of FBI fast valves 1 for the front and one for the rear, with a five-gallon tank and a firestone compressor and half inch lines.

With the truck sitting close to the earth and in railing position Kyle figured it was time to make the outside look pretty. With Kyle just getting his feet wet in this sport Kyle wanted to keep his truck simple so he can rebuild and come back bigger next year. With clean paint in mind Kyle could only rely on one person to do him right and that was his uncle at mikes paint and body in Amarillo Texas. At the body shop his uncle swapped the stock rear bumper for a molded in Sir Michaels roll pan with license plate box, shaved the tailgate handle and swapped the front bumper with a painted 1 piece.

With simple in mind Kyle's uncle laid down a Diamont "brilliant red" base coat and as set of tribal flames with a special mix called "Kyle's green" outlined in diamont yellow. To finish out the exterior Kyle slapped in some altezza clear tail lights and a bed cover to add to the pimp ass paint he already had.
