Billy decided to keep the factory 60/40 bench seat since he loved how comfortable it was but decided to ditch the head rest and have the seat covered in the same blue and silver tweed. To accent the rest of the interior a Billet Specialties "Revolver" steering wheel along with numerous other billet items were added. Not wanting to be bored while cruising the bayou Billy decided an Audio/Video system was in order. So Billy chose an Alpine CVA-1005, 5" LCD screens in each visor and a 4" LCD Monitor was installed were the factory radio control unit once resided. The Alpine CHA-6538 Mp3 6 disc changer and an Alpine DVD unit were then tossed into the mix. A pair of Boston 6x9's were added with custom flame accents to the doors along with Boston 1" NB-1 tweeters. Boston 4x6's were added to the dash and the factory rear locations received another pair of the Boston 6x9's. For power a Rockford Fosgate Punch 400x4 was added to the highs along with a Punch 360 to power the 2 Bazooka RS1004 subs that were installed in a down firing enclosure beneath the rear seat.

Now that the interior and exterior was in true Caddy style it was time to add some much needed power to the Cajun Caddy. Chevy really hit a high note when they introduced the 4.3 liter V-6. This motor has truly been a success story for Chevy but when installed in a fullsize truck it always seems to lack in the ponies department. Billy not being one to leave anything alone decided that the wore out V-6 needed a little freshening up. So it was pulled and given an internal makeover. The block was line bored and then balanced and blueprinted to ensure reliability and dependability. While the block was tore down it was treated to the same color treatment as the exterior was. Next the heads were ported and polished and the valves were reworked with a 3 angle valve job to ensure proper seating. A Crane Compucam camshaft was then installed along with Crane 1.6 roller rocker. Accell was then called upon to supply the ignition system to supply the spark to the now built V-6. For induction a Holly Projection throttle body was installed to supply the much needed fuel and air to the V-6. Not wanting to take any chances of getting smoked at the track Billy decided that the ZEX 65 shot of the laughing gas was needed to help out. To get spent gasses away from the truck a Quickflow Exhaust system was then installed. Billy now had the combination needed to push the Caddy down the track, turning some low 15-second passes.
