It seems that the import custom scene has taken on two totally different paths over the last couple years. First there is the race inspired import scene and then there is the custom scene, or as some would like to call it, the "mini truckin" inspired import scene. Whichever road you choose is fine as long as you do and do it well. And that is just what Justin Shepherd of Phenix City, AL has done. He has taken his Honda Accord to a whole new level.
