There is nothing I enjoy more than walking down my steps at 6 am into the crisp morning air and seeing my truck waiting at the curb for me to take it to a badass show. I usually have the same routine on the days that I go to a show. I stop at the Mobil and top off the tank, then head over to the Wawa and meet up with a few of the guys from my club. This particular show we were rolling five deep on a two-hour trip to Old Bridge Township Raceway Park in Englishtown, New Jersey.We got to the show fairly early, giving us some time to hang out and play with my remote controlled car before I started taking pictures of the vast display of hot rides. The show had all types of cars to suit anyone who reads this articles interests. Different classes separated the lowriders from the imports from the trucks.The show featured an array of events including drag racing on all levels, a hydraulic contest, a bikini contest, and a large display of vendors. Also special guest announcer for the hydro contest was none other than Funk Master Flex.Some of the bigger clubs in attendance were Bragn Rites, Intense Images, Magnetic Minis, and Exclusive Styles.All in all I have to say that Summer Slam Nats did not let me down once again. After packing up the truck, cranking the a/c, and complaining about my sunburn I was ready to head home.-Kevin Botero S10KEV
