John wanted to keep with the times when it came to wheel choice, so he bolted on a set of 19x8 Diablo Vienna spinners. To keep his Prelude planted firmly to the ground, he chose Pirelli P4000 rubber in 215-35-19 fashion.

Still not quite finished, John turned his final attention to the engine compartment of his Prelude. First he added a couple of extra horsepower by installing a header and air cleaner from D.C. Sports. John also installed Magnacore spark plug wires.

Being more concerned with show points as opposed to quarter-mile times, John removed many items and had them chromed. On this list are the valve cover, strut bar, battery hold down and spark plug cover.

John tells us that he's still not finished with his Prelude and that he sees new mods at shows that he attended up and down the east coast. In fact, he still considers his car to
be "under construction."
