With building this ride for the fun of dragging body it would only make sense to drop the Blazer off to Tom, owner of Dawg House Kustoms of Clackamas, OR. While in Tom’s hands the Blazer would be equipped with a 5-inch body drop with the rear frame rails notched 3 inches. To help make room in the rear and help with the low, Dawg House Kustoms would install a custom Z link style suspension.

KYB shocks front and rear with Firestone sleeve bags in the rear and 2500’s upfront now man the suspension in place of the stock components. The rear drums and front calipers would be smoothed and powder coated blue for extra-added eye candy. Belltech spindles would be housed upfront bringing the front level with the rear. The battery would then be relocated under the amp rack along with 3 other Optima batteries. To ensure proper clearance the gas tank would then be raised 3 inches along with the front cross member being raised 2 ½ inches to help lay flat upfront. 2 chassis tech DC5000 compressors, 9-gallon chrome tank, 3/8’s line and 8 parker valves with 5 switches would make up the air needed to lift the Blazer off the ground.
