This year Visions Car, Truck and Rod show would be held a little closer to home for the Visions crew. With the show being held at the Waterfront Park in Medical Lake, WA there would be a lake to play in and plenty of grass and tree’s to relax in the heavy sun. After the long drive up to Spokane we’d take it pretty easy after dinner, hang out with a few people and call it a night. With the morning coming up quickly we’d head to the show to set up a booth and talk to a few people I hadn’t seen in awhile. With this show typically not being a drastically huge show I was surprised at the line of rides waiting to get in, the numbers where obviously up from the following years. The Visions crew typically supports all of the Northwest shows so its nice to see people coming around and showing their support back.Giving people a chance to set up and clean the sun would shine bright and it would be time to get the show coverage taken care of. One thing that Visions typically does well would be keeping things entertaining with a live DJ, competitions and club contests. Oh and there is always that one contest where someone is likely to puke… good times! As the day came to a close Visions would start the Raffle before awards. The raffle always has some killer prizes including fully custom mailboxes, toilet seats and other kinds of killer goodies. If you’ve never been to Visions and are within a decent drive I’d suggest hitting it up next year! by Garrick Arends
