Previously building rides such as an 85 Nissan 720, an '86 Toyota, and a '90 Toyota, his new toy would need much more to out reach the standards as his previous rides had acquired. Most people build rides for jaw dropping glances while dragging down the local cruise; this was the same intent for which Dave built this Tukin Taco. After one year of cutting, wrapping and spraying, what Dave and all of those involved ended up with was a superior show stopping Tacoma.

Getting things moving, Todd and company at W.B. Autosports, Indianapolis, IN, began with a few metal cutting tactics. While performing a 3-½ inch body drop, many items would need to be reworked to get it back to drivability. Starting in the rear, the frame rails would be cut and reworked with 2x3 material and boxed.

Next they would through in an Air Ride reverse triangulated 4-link along with bolting up a set of Firestone 9000 sleeve bags. Helping manage the low in the rear, the rear end was narrowed 3 inches.

With the rear sitting comfortable on the shop floor, it would then be time to work the front suspension leveling things out. Acquiring a set of AIM spindles and 225C's Firestone bags, the front was almost laid out. The use of tubular cross-members where utilized for extra clearance. Needing room for the wheels in the engine bay, the wheel wells were removed and a custom set where molded in.
