Josh also shaved the arm and headrests for a cleaner look. The headliner received special graphics in the tweed. The truck was coming along quite nicely and Brandt wanted to make sure no one would have the opportunity to steal his prize possession. With that in mind, Eric Ervin of Car Toys installed an Alpine 8063 alarm, which not only protects Brandt's truck, but allows him to pop either door, roll down the window or drop the truck flat to the ground with the touch of a button.

With his truck coming along , Brandt next turned to his fellow Negative Camber member Chris Bostick for some necessary parts to set the Tacoma apart from the rest. Brandy purchased a 2000 Toyota 4 Runner hood and fenders from Chris. Next Brandt purchased the headlights and grille from a 1997 4 Runner and contacted FBI to build some billet inserts to give it more of a modern look. FBI was also given the task of chroming and adding billet to the 1995 4 Runner front bumper and valance that would adorn Brandt's Tacoma. Brandt then took the truck back to BYC where Mike and the boys got back to work. Mike and his crew shaved the corner lamps and installed the new fenders, then had to install all of the new front parts and pieces, which was no easy task by any means.
