For the finishing touches, Derek dramatically cleaned the engine compartment with a Vibrant warm air intake among other dress up touches. He also installed an Arospeed bomb muffler.

All in all, the car is a beautiful machine. What amazes me most of all, is that the work was done by him, without any monetary help from anyone (daddy didn't pay for it). He got in there and got his hands dirty and learned as he went. A true example of what true customization is all about! Many of us would love to have a father with the patience to teach us how to do these things ourselves.  Derek would like to thank his brother for all his help. He would like to thank his dad most of all for showing him how to do the body work and for all of his help during the build up of the Sunfire.
