Chris and his good friend Jamie Tiffany started Driveway Werks in Gainesville, Georgia as a means of building there show trucks, and making some extra cash. With a Nissan in his possession Jamie decided to body drop it 2 ½”s giving it a better stance. Firestone airbags were fitted front and back to lift Chris’s Nissan off the ground and a Pete and Jakes triangulated 4-link allows for a smooth ride and good travel. The frame was C notched over the rear off a 1994 Toyota.

The strut bars were reversed as well. A 14gallon aluminum fuel cell was put behind the axle giving Chris a reason to discard the stock tank. To allow the front end to tuck more a set of 4x4 fenders were installed up front. While the hood was open Chris decided to swap it out with a hood off a 1996 Nissan, and also replaced the grille with one off a 1996 as well. Rather than shave the door handles off, Chris decided to keep it clean and installed a set of Chrome Nissan door handles along with chrome Pathfinder mirrors.
